This is the first iteration of the duo’s ongoing performance series, Accumulating. 
This short film was commissioned by Bunjil Place for 'Art Echoes' – an initiative which encourages dialogue between Melbourne-based creatives and the ideas and themes explored in 'The New Black Vanguard: Photography between Art and Fashion' through art-making. 

Inspired by the hyperlocal works of Nigerian artist Stephen Tayo, Jennifer Ma and David Prakash explored how their identities as individuals amalgamate and collide through site-specific responses of meaningful locations in their own city, echoing Tayo’s use of framing streetwear on location.
